Vanish members deserve some admin power.

During this holiday realise something, we being vanish members nid some admin power. The servers always have trouble makers and theres juz no admin to fix the prob. I think the only admin having holidays now is luffy and sometimes he's not online 2 or matching. We should be able to initiate things like vote kick or ban, its only fair as sometimes it really sucks to be able to only sit aside and watch hackers and spoiler ruin the server

We will look into dis matter
